Son and father owners, Jacob and Jeremy, are trained and certified professionals who can do it all. As my family continues to recover from last year’s historically devastating hurricanes, we looked long and hard for the right company to repair, reassemble, re-activate and restore the beauty and serenity of our two front yard Aquascape pondless ensembles …waterfall, spillway bowls, slate urn, decorative rocks, accent lights and select greenery in front yard alcoves. Well, I can assure you, we made the right choice with this impressive father & son team. They worked on site with their goal being an outcome that would be like new again, or better, and boy-oh-boy, they delivered. They literally dug right-in to remove the three storm beaten, heavy, awkward spillway bowls and set them aside; meticulously examined them and their stands. Repaired as needed, plus deep cleaning. They then assessed the structural and mechanical integrity of the plumbing lines, tub and motor. The process moved along well; they have ready access to replacement/spare parts, and have all the right tools. In addition to being enthusiastic and diligent technicians, they work smartly together and are artistically creative. Both have an eye for just the right decorative underwater lighting and surrounding rock garden surface lighting placement. It was obvious that father and son really enjoy their profession, and working together. These gentlemen were upbeat, affable, honest, trustworthy, informative, respectful, neat and tidy. Always cleaned up their work sites. And the spillway bowls whole alcove came out grand. They are the whole package and I highly recommend them. Their company designs and builds new water features from scratch, refurbishes dated/damaged sites, and has a number of maintenance plans to offer. Their pricing is very reasonable.

I needed a clean-out maintenance of my beloved water feature when my back yard flooded from Hurricane Milton and mulch went everywhere. Plus, debris had built up over the 5 years since it was constructed. The water feature consists of 2 waterfalls and a bubbler all arranged as a pondless waterfall/stream. I didn’t know where to turn so I submitted an inquiry via the Aquascape website. Jeremy and Jacob came to my rescue! They responded to my inquiry right away and were very pleasant, professional and communicative in our emails and phone calls. We scheduled the project after they came by to survey the area, discuss needs and provide a quote. They arrived on time, did great work and cleaned everything up afterward. In addition to the clean-out, I hired them for some design work to create rock borders to keep the mulch in place during future storms. I am very happy with the results! Jeremy and Jacob have been terrific and enjoyable to work with and I’m planning some future projects with them.
